This year's Creative Arts Celebration: This is Me, This is Us, ran from Monday to Friday and was jam-packed with art, music, dance, spoken word, and movement workshops. Through these different art forms, the learners explored the concept of identity: who am I? Some of the learners from East West School joined iCAN for much of the week to take part in many of the workshops and helped to create a musical collaboration that was performed live to the whole school on the final day of the learning block. We are incredibly grateful to all of the staff and learners from East West school who were involved in making this Creative Arts Celebration one of the best ever at iCAN.

For showing great creativity in my drawings and being a fantastic risk taker trying new games in my PE sessions.

For being a great communicator, sharing lots about his family as he drew a family portrait.

For being a risk-taker and trying lots of different activities this week. You have worked cooperatively with your friends. Well done!

For being an excellent communicator this week and helping others use the iPads. You used very clear instructions. Well done!

For being so creative all week! Great dancing, poetry, sewing, painting, story-creating…A principled, resilient, communicator!

For being a caring and creative learner. You have been a real risk-taker this week by stepping out of your comfort zone when trying new activities. Super job!
